Orders, Payment, and Delivery
All order, payment, shipping, and return terms are provided at the time of purchase or in any separate policies that may apply to your order. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Virginia.
You and Supply Divo agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state and federal courts located in Norfolk, Virginia.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supply Divo. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
